Since developing its first stainless steel fitting in January 1989, LOKRING^® has

• Introduced and qualified the industrial stainless steel and carbon steel product lines to ASME B31 code standards.
• Introduced a full line of Copper Nickel products; introduced a full line of Tube Fitting Products.
• Qualified the industrial stainless and carbon steel product lines as the only mechanically attached fittings currently meeting the API 607/EXXON Revision 4 fire test specifications.
• Approved by the National Fire Protection Association to NFPA 99 standards for Elastic Strain Preload™ fittings.
• Installed millions of fittings in operating plants worldwide, in some of the most safety stringent operating conditions.
• Established a customer base of industry leaders (see below). 
• Experienced a rework rate averaging less than one-tenth of 1% versus much higher rework levels for competitive pipe joining methods which typically range from 5 — 10%.
