LOKRING fittings have passed ASTM F1387 testing. With NAVSEA, Coast Guard and ABS approvals, LOKRING fittings are widely used in the construction, repair and maintenance of U.S. Navy, Ministry of Defence and commercial ships.

The Navy has approved the use of LOKRING stainless steel (SS/CRES) and 90/10 & 70/30 Copper Nickel (CuNi) fittings in fire hazardous services and systems for operating pressures to 3,300 psi (224 bar), and temperatures to 500° F (260° C).

The Ministry of Defence has approved the use of 316L stainless steel connectors on 70/30 CuNi pipe in 12mm, 16mm, 20mm tube fittings.
