Coordinates and facilitates human resources and recruiting activities including advertising, screening and scheduling applicants
Coordinates and facilitates onboarding and orientation of new employees
Guides leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies/procedures are handled consistently and timely
Be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, providing coaching and direction in HR related matters
Creates and maintains HR policies and Employee Handbook; including updates, implementations and validation of current regulatory requirements
Partners with business leaders to ensure training and development of workforce
Measures and drives improvement of key HR metrics/scorecard by running HRIS reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to HR and leadership to enable strong business decisions
Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Maintains and updates job descriptions
Manages aspects of benefit plan administration, including partnering with third party for benefits and COBRA administration and assisting with coordinating aspects of annual open enrollment and employee informational meetings
